Who we are

Liam Betts
Managing Director

Liam Betts began his career as a trade apprentice and now has more than 20 years’ experience working as a businessman in the trade sector. Liam leads on the strategic direction of RFT to ensure the company is meeting its business plan objectives.


Dale Wordley
Head of Operations (Flagship)

Dale is responsible for the trade teams delivering void, planned and responsive repairs. He also leads RFT’s trade support teams which include Field Management, Resource Controllers, Drivers and Logistics Specialists.

Trish Worden
Operations Manager (Cyclical Works)

Trish oversees the operational delivery of both the Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Services. These services were brought in-house in 2017 and are delivered to Flagship Customers whose home links with a communal area. The main aim is to provide services that maintain communal areas to high standards and create environments our customers can feel proud of.

Neal Simmons
Head of Logistics

Neal leads the Logistics Department. His responsibilities include leading on the procurement of materials and vehicles, van stock replenishment and our internal fleet department.

Andy Johnson
Health and Safety Manager

Andy’s role is to advise staff on all health, safety and welfare matters to ensure the company complies with its statutory obligations. Andy is responsible for health and safety, control and to update relevant systems to ensure all departments adhere to the relevant procedures.

Ceri Theobald
Head of Partnerships and Business Development

Ceri leads on the growth and development of the business and is the main point of contact for supporting partnership working.  With a degree in Business & Management and a broad range of strategic and operational business experience, he is the right person to help drive us forward.

Janina Phillips
HR Manager

Janina leads the RFT HR Team to provide pragmatic support to our managers to attract the best people, retain talent and to develop our valued employees. She advises on best practice and ensures the implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure the successful running of the business.

James Shipley
Head of Finance

James is responsible for overseeing the day to day finance of RFT, focusing on cost improvement and financial reporting.
