Who we are

Liam Betts, Managing Director

Liam began his career as a trade apprentice and now has more than 20 years’ experience working as a businessman in the trade sector. Liam leads on the strategic direction of RFT to ensure the company is meeting its business plan objectives.

Warren Gannaway, Operations Director

Warren spent 15 years working in the housing sector for both regional and national contractors before joining RFT Services as Operations Director. Warren is now responsible for leading RFT in the successful delivery of Housing Property Services to Flagship Group’s customers and clients.

Trish Worden, Head of Cyclical Works

Trish oversees the operational delivery of both the Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Services. These services were brought in-house in 2017 and are delivered to Flagship customers whose home links with a communal area. The main aim is to provide services that maintain communal areas to high standards and create environments our customers can feel proud of.

Neal Simmons, Head of of Supply Chain

Neal leads the Logistics Department. His responsibilities include leading on the procurement of materials and vehicles, van stock replenishment and our internal fleet department.

Andy Johnson, Head of Health and Safety and Electrical Compliance

Andy’s role is to advise staff on all health, safety and welfare matters to ensure the company complies with its statutory obligations. Andy is responsible for health and safety, control and to update relevant systems to ensure all departments adhere to the relevant procedures.

Ceri Theobald, Head of Partnerships and Business Development

Ceri leads on the growth and development of the business and is the main point of contact for supporting partnership working.  With a degree in Business & Management and a broad range of strategic and operational business experience, he is the right person to help drive us forward.

Janina Phillips, Head of HR

Janina leads the RFT HR Team to provide pragmatic support to our managers to attract the best people, retain talent and to develop our valued employees. She advises on best practice and ensures the implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure the successful running of the business.

John Craig, Head of Operations (RFT)

John is an experienced operational manager within the housing sector. He has a trade background and manages the delivery of the responsive repairs and voids service. He is also responsible for the management of the RFT operations centre.

Dale Wordley, Head of Operations (Planned)

Dale began his career as an apprentice electrician and has been working in the trade industry for over 20 years. Dale leads the delivery of our planned works programmes for the Flagship Group and external clients. Planned works includes component replacement/upgrades on kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, rewires, re-roofs and aids and adaption works. Dale is also responsible for the management of Asbestos.
